In 2011, she has been best known for her role in the role of Adalind Schade on Grimm. Coffee is also known for her recurring roles as Cassie Tatum on the TV series The West Wing in 2003 and Janie Ross on the TV series Franklin & Bash from 2011 until 2012. Claire married singer-songwriter Chris Thile from Nickel Creek in 2013.
